The family business failed despite a huge contribution. Ineffective leadership and an identity crisis caused the failure. Under these circumstances, the restaurant was in dire need of a change. With Gordon’s divine mentorship and his plans, the restaurant was revived.

Since the Chief made a huge contribution to the restaurant, he started to belittle Mitch and the staff. He made everyone in the restaurant feel incompetent. Although the restaurant was better in terms of food quality and service. But the internalised conflicts had a detrimental impact on the restaurant.

The decline and closure of the business was inevitable. Despite the early success, the restaurant struggled with conflicts between the owners.
