After careful reassessment, Gordon took drastic measures to salvage Fiesta Sunrise. To do so, he brought with him the owner of a Mexican restaurant. She went by the name of Julieta Ballesteros, whose restaurant had been rated as number one in Manhattan. To assist the struggling owners of Fiesta Sunrise, she was invited over. This was necessary to prevent the unfavorable circumstances that would subsequently cause the failure of the restaurant.

After introducing her to the owners as well as the staff of the restaurant, they were directed to the dining room. The dining room was revamped by replacing the old furniture with a new modern one that displayed a more contemporary look. In addition to this, the menu was also redesigned with a less sophisticated color with more readable text. Julieta was put in charge of the kitchen operations to take the necessary steps for the big relaunch.

The favorable outcome of the relaunch caused a display of expressions of ever-lasting contentment among the owners and the staff. This led them to be highly grateful to Gordon and Julieta for making the night successful. Further intensification of the moment occurred when Gordon unveiled a new sign for the restaurant. One of the signs was at the entrance and one faced the main road that served the purpose of catching the attention of the passing vehicles.

The first lesson we learned was the element of empathy for fellow beings. This was led by serving the right food which was prepared by following the basic standards of hygiene. From serving old stale food to mouth-watering Mexican cuisine, we witnessed an unexpected turnaround during the relaunch. Secondly, investing in the right place and the right manner is an essential key required for a successful business.

Third and the most important was the teamwork that made the dream work. Without determination, consistency, hard work, and a dedicated team, no success was guaranteed. Last but not least, proper guidance was all one needed to transform their life in the best way they could. With Gordan pushing the team to do their best, the relaunch was like a dream come true. All these crucial elements that were missing in the Fiesta Sunrise’s team turned out to be a key to their success in the end.
